Latin American art is not just colors or objects as it appears in the painting above. It means much more than that. Even though we might not know what it means or why the painter or artist designed it the way they did it has a much deeper meaning to them. So therefore all we can do is try and figure out what it means. To me this picture looks like a young couple trying to support their children as best as they can.
Latin American art may be the only real way the Latin American people can try to communicate with us, by letting us see what has or is happening in their country. Even thought this country is less fortunate in some ways and some places I think that its best to try and see what is happening today in their daily lives. Even if we try to understand the meaning of this painting above we will never fully understand the full meaning of what this painting actually means.
I think this picture looks like a man trying to find his way out of his comfort zone and figure out his life. Maybe all of us should try thinking outside the box every once and awhile. I personally believe that this is what life should be about. To experience new things and have fun in life. When I saw this painting I thought about all the times I've tryed something new. For me I have never been alone in any of life's experiences because my twin sister has always been there for me. So I don't know what it's really like to be in the world alone with no one to have or to talk to about what your going through. Like I said before Latin American Art means alot to different people... Even though your theory may be wrong about the painting or sculpture it never hurts to try and figure it out.
